I got Vitaran and Skin Botox for around 170,000 won. It's injected into the skin, so you have to endure the pain, but it's over quickly, so it's worth it. Rejuran is injected one at a time, but this uses a machine to administer multiple shots at once. Personally, the pain was a bit more than the reviews say... I think it's because I got multiple shots at once.
I think we'll have to wait and see how it affects dry skin and moisture levels.
If the effect is good, you can get it once every 2-3 months. Please note that it is recommended to get it at least 2 weeks apart.
