The pain in my left neck got worse, so I visited an orthopedic surgeon and received manual therapy, physical therapy, muscle relaxant injections, and a prescription for medication. The hospital was clean, and the staff and director were all kind, so I was able to receive comfortable treatment. Because my neck pain is so severe, I think I'll have to visit the hospital frequently and monitor my condition for the time being. I heard that my back muscles are very stiff because of my straight neck, so I'll have to manage it by regularly applying a hot pack at home! The manual therapy was very thorough and I received about 30 minutes of physical therapy. I'm glad there's a good hospital nearby because I can just come to the hospital if it hurts. It's good for pain.
