On January 14th, I visited the clinic late in the afternoon because my back pain was getting worse. It's the same clinic I used to go to as a child, and it's run by a director who's been a renowned orthopedic specialist for a long time. The treatment involves a combination of physical therapy and manual therapy. Until recently, I had difficulty walking, but the pain has eased, making walking easier.
