Lately, my work has been heavily reliant on my wrists, and the pain has been getting worse, to the point where it's becoming inconvenient to carry out my daily routine. Feeling like patches and braces weren't enough, I decided to visit a Korean medicine clinic. From the initial consultation, they asked me very carefully how and when I started using my wrists, and when the pain worsened. I felt they were really trying to understand my condition. I was impressed that they didn't just look at my wrists, but also looked at my shoulder and arm habits. Through pulse taking and palpation, the therapist explained that my wrist was under a lot of strain and that my blood and energy circulation was poor. I appreciated that she explained things in easy-to-understand terms rather than complex language. She explained that the treatment would involve acupuncture, which would loosen up the tense muscles and ligaments and improve blood flow around the wrist. She explained each needle placement step by step and constantly checked for any pain, which helped me relax. Afterwards, she said she would combine moxibustion and herbal acupuncture to aid recovery, and if necessary, she could prescribe herbal medicine that is good for the wrist. After receiving treatment, the stiffness in my wrist subsided significantly, and I felt a noticeable decrease in the pain when moving my wrist. What I loved most about this clinic was that they didn't just provide temporary relief; they also identified the underlying cause of the pain and provided detailed guidance on daily living precautions and stretching techniques. The clinic's approach was understandable and convincing, which gave me confidence and confidence. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with wrist pain.

어깨나 팔도 봐주시는군요.
아픈 부분만 보는게 아니라
전체적으로 봐주시는거 같아서 더 좋네요.🙂👍👍👍
