I woke up and felt a blockage in one ear. It wasn't too uncomfortable, so I waited, thinking it would come back soon.
As time went by, the tinnitus and ear blockage got worse and I started to feel dizzy and unable to hear anything.
After almost a week, I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went to the hospital. The doctor said that I should have come right away for things like Meniere's disease and hearing loss, but I came too late.
Currently, I am taking medication for Meniere's disease and hearing loss, including tranquilizers, anti-inflammatory drugs, blood circulation drugs, and dizziness, and fortunately, I am getting much better.
The dizziness is almost gone and I can hear almost everything well.
I'd been thinking about it absentmindedly, but when I started receiving warning signs about my health, something I'd taken for granted, I was struck by how complacent I'd been. I realized that it's important to not overwork yourself and to maintain a healthy body through moderate exercise.
I'm still grateful that things have improved this much.
