I especially liked that she didn't recommend unnecessary procedures and focused on the care that was essential for my skin. She checked my condition constantly during the procedure, which put my mind at ease, and I experienced virtually no pain. The staff were generally friendly and attentive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The wait time wasn't long, and I was very satisfied with the detailed post-procedure instructions and home care instructions. I really hope the treatment works and my skin improves.
