The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is also great. I'm very satisfied with my visits. Perhaps because there's a long wait, the staff at the desk distributes doctors to minimize wait times, rather than letting you choose your doctor. I visit at least once every three months to get my internal medicine prescriptions. I always get blood tests and prescriptions, and they explain everything thoroughly. However, since I only see doctors who are quick to respond, those who find this inconvenient may have to wait a bit longer or come on a specific doctor's appointment day... I don't mind that, so I get treated quickly and go often. They also do health checkups on the 8th floor, so I'm planning to get one here next year.
