A review of comfortable shoulder pain treatment experienced at Iona Orthopedic Clinic

I'm leaving a review after visiting Iona Orthopedic Surgery. I recently visited because of shoulder pain, and upon entering, I was immediately put at ease by the cozy yet clean and organized atmosphere. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful, so even though it was my first time there, I was able to check in right away without any issues, and the wait time wasn't long.

Upon entering the clinic, the director asked me in detail about the cause of my pain, then showed me the ultrasound image and explained the situation, making it easy to understand. Rather than recommending unnecessary treatments, she focused on the specific areas I needed and allowed me to choose my options. This instilled trust, and the treatment went smoothly. The physical therapy room was clean and the therapists were attentive, and I felt my pain had significantly decreased upon leaving. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free place, so I would definitely return.
