My freckles have gotten so bad lately that I think I need laser treatment. Do you know of a good dermatologist near Incheon or Bucheon?

I had toning done before, but it had the side effect of causing me to get whiteheads, so I'm a bit hesitant.

It's gotten so bad that I get stressed out every time I look in the mirror.
