[Apple Obstetrics and Gynecology] Do you know your vaginal muscle age? HMT program

After giving birth to two children naturally, I was suffering from a herniated disc, and I started having urinary incontinence. I tried doing Kegel exercises diligently, but I didn't know if it was working or not. So I gave up.

I'm using EasyK, which advertises that it cures incontinence.. but I guess I'm using it wrong, so I haven't seen much of an effect.

But I'm also scared of surgery..

Me... Today is the 12th day!

When I first started.. I was so happy because it worked because it was when I was at my worst. Yes, there were many times when I would make small mistakes on my underwear, but I could bear it.^^;;; ㅎ At that time, I was really.. ah.. I was so desperate that I thought I needed surgery.. The medicine they prescribed (Profibe) was also good for me because I hardly had any dry mouth. ㅠ Everyone has their own medicine that works for them, so why didn't I think of changing it;;;

 

But... the teacher said it's good to do it at least twice a week, but since it's far away... I did it once more often... Maybe that's why... I'm disappointed that it's not as dazzling as it was at first. They said the insurance will be renewed in June next year... I'll try my best during that time, and if it doesn't work out, I'll go back and get it done.

 

More than anything, the reason I went all the way to Apple... It must be hard for the staff, but from a patient's perspective, it's really great because I can go anytime without a lunch break. ㅠ All I had to do was call first to make a reservation!!! It was really convenient because I could get treatment right away after making a reservation. The treatment itself wasn't difficult at all. It was just a 15-minute care.
