This is a review of my visit to Sadong Korean Medicine Clinic, Dr. Cham Kyung-hee Korean Medicine Clinic‼️

I suddenly woke up and my shoulders and back hurt.

It hurts so much that I can't move my neck ㅠㅠ

I thought I had gallstones, so I quickly went to the local Cham Kyung-hee Oriental Medicine Clinic.

It was so convenient to go there because it was right in front of my house.

 

When you have phlegm, you should get acupuncture and physical therapy right away.

They say that if you do this, the pain will subside quickly.

Since the clinic started at 9:30 AM, I sent the kids to school and arrived at the clinic right away.

As expected, there were a lot of grandmothers there because it was morning time. Fortunately, I was the 5th person to receive treatment.

The director felt my shoulder and trapezius muscles and said they were incredibly tense. He applied a hot pack to my shoulder for 10 minutes.

He told me to get acupuncture so I started treatment haha

 

My shoulders have become much softer just with a hot pack.

And then they did low-frequency physical therapy for 15 minutes. It felt really cool but also painful. I want to do it again.

And finally, it's time to sleep...

The director pressed hard and checked each painful spot before giving me acupuncture needles.

To be honest, it was a little painful, but the levator scapulae area

I felt a bit refreshed.

 

I lay down comfortably for 15 minutes with the needle inserted and exposed to red infrared light.

And the last bloodletting ㅠㅠ This really really hurt, but after doing it, it felt really, really cool and much softer.

 

After the treatment, I went home and felt it again.

I felt like the pain had subsided a little and I could turn my head a little bit. Haha. I was told to get treatment for a few days.

The director is a bit blunt, though haha

Still, it is a Korean medicine clinic that I like because they provide thorough examinations and treatment.

I really like how the desk teacher always greets me with a bright smile 😀

 

Clinic starts at 9am on Saturdays only

Please note that our clinic hours are until 1:00 PM.

I think it will be good.

Clinics start at 9:30 AM on weekdays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

It closes at 6pm and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it's open until 9pm, so it's okay to come after work.

 

 

I'm so grateful that there's such a great Korean medicine clinic right in front of my house.
