Are skin tags also hereditary?

My father has skin tags, and as I get older, I notice I develop more of them too.

It hurts too much to just pull it off,ㅠㅠ

People around me are telling me to remove it with a laser.

Please recommend a hospital in Incheon where someone has had a skin tag removed.
