What kind of treatment do you receive for freckle pigmentation?

There are so many types of lasers and each hospital recommends different ones, so I don't know which one to get.

I used to get a toning + IPL package and it was effective. But these days, when I go to the hospital, there are so many different types of toning and better treatments, so I'm worried.
