For the past week, I've had a scratchy throat and persistent cough. At first, I thought it was the seasonal change, so I drank honey tea and endured it. But my voice gradually became hoarse, and it was interfering with my daily life. I had a presentation to make at work, and I couldn't put it off any longer, so I decided to go to the hospital.

The name of the hospital is Seoul ENT Clinic, but it is located in the Starbucks building near Pyeongtaek Station.

First of all, the system was very systematic, from registration to treatment. Online reservations were available, which reduced waiting times, and the nurses were friendly. The doctor carefully examined my throat and explained in detail why certain symptoms might be occurring. He even showed me a laryngoscope, making it easy to understand.

The waiting room was a bit small for the number of people waiting, so I felt it might feel stuffy when there were a lot of people. When getting a prescription, I wish the instructions on how to take it were a little more detailed.

Overall, it was a great experience receiving professional and friendly treatment. I'd definitely return if I have any throat or nose-related issues!
