Please recommend semi-permanent eyebrow threading

I live in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.

I got semi-permanent makeup done a year ago, but I think I need to get it done again.

If there's a cheap and good place around here, please recommend it.

I heard there are a lot of them in Samsong, so I'd like to ask for some information^^
