I recommend the Juan branch of Agapa Clinic (formerly Nobel Clinic) near Seokbawi Market! Hair removal is still affordable, but it used to be even cheaper. It's semi-permanent, so it still grows back a little, but my hair has definitely thinned out. For those with thick hair like me, I highly recommend this dermatologist for hair removal.
