Last time, it rained so much and so often.
I can't walk well either, and it has been raining yesterday and today.
We can't do it because of the typhoon...
I hope the weather will improve starting tomorrow, but I'm not sure...
First, walk a full marathon (42.195 km) in a day... If not possible, substitute with climbing stairs.
Drink water frequently using a tumbler
Remembering to take supplements regularly and properly
Drink only one cup of coffee a day
Reduce snacks and late-night snacks
I plan to do only this for this week.
Today, I think I'll have a late-night snack.
Since it's the hottest day, I should at least eat some chicken, haha.
My goal is to start from tomorrow, haha.
