This is a big problem.
A stagnation has occurred after just one month.
Rather than fully starting a diet, I spent the month cutting out late-night snacks, reducing snacks, and eating less binge food. However, at the end of the month, relatives came over and I cooked for them, which led me to snack on various things unintentionally, and I lost my self-control in my lifestyle again.
Starting tomorrow, since it's August, I will try to lose 5kg in August.
The weekly goal will be set at -1kg.
No late-night snacks, no snacks, no alcohol, walking 10,000 steps, home workouts, these are the basic activities.
I need to quit coffee, but buying a bunch of coffee capsules has made coffee my biggest problem.
