Today's diet & exercise goal results (4/4)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Achieved all four for five consecutive days! Haha
Lately, somehow, I've been successful in all four areas~ haha
Thanks to the heatwave, I am actually succeeding in the gym that was the hardest for me~ lol
To avoid the heatwave and also to achieve the goal of walking 10,000 steps~ haha
Summer is definitely the gym~ㅎㅎㅎ
