I'm trying to visit frequently. Watching the "Saeng-ro Byeong-sa" broadcast recently, I think walking barefoot has many benefits. At first, it hurts and feels strange, but as I keep walking, I get used to it, and when my soles touch the ground, I feel something comfortable. It also improves my health, and I hope it becomes a good habit.
