This week's health goal setting (July 19 - July 25)
During last week's health goal (July 12 - July 18)
Achieved 7 out of 6 daily 10,000 steps walks
- Running (3 kilometers): Achieved in all 3 attempts out of 3
- Running (4 km): 3 times out of 2 sessions - exceeded target
- Climbing stairs (15 floors): 14 out of 15 times - not meeting the target
It's not as good as the stairs, but I achieved it.
Even though I worked hard, my body feels exhausted, probably because I ran too much. I initially increased the number of runs to extend the distance.
It's only been difficult.
Anyway
This week's health goal (July 19 - July 25)
- One day, walk 10,000 steps, 6 times
- Running (3 kilometers): 1 session
- Running (4 kilometers): 4 times
- Climbing stairs (15 floors): 15 repetitions
I want to increase my running distance to 4 kilometers and start running 5 kilometers from August, but I'm not sure... my body is feeling weak...
