1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Today, I ended up working overtime unintentionally...
The only food I had was ramen... so I ended up having ramen for dinner by accident...
And I couldn't even reach ten thousand steps, so I replaced strength training with running on the treadmill at the gym...
It was a day where both exercise and diet felt somewhat lacking.
I shouldn't be so busy...ㅠㅠ
