It's a week where walking a lot is difficult.
It's raining heavily.
On days when it doesn't come, it's so humid 😱
So, this week's goal is
Pilates 3 times, running 2 times, walking 80,000 steps a week
I have decided.
Completed 2 Pilates sessions and 2 running sessions.
About 25,000 steps remaining for one Pilates session.
There is continued rain forecast, so walking success is uncertain.
It's ironic 😂
