This week, from July 12th to July 18th, I will set my health goals.
- Drink a glass of warm water after waking up (drink more than 1.5 liters of water a day)
- Take probiotics on an empty stomach before breakfast (take supplements after meals)
- Climbing and descending the stairs instead of using the subway escalator during commuting hours
- Weekday evening diet (banana, soy milk, boiled eggs)
- Going to the gym after work
- Walking more than ten thousand steps a day
- Drink beer only on weekends
