Since retiring two years ago, walking more than 10,000 steps has become a habit for me. I don't set aside specific exercise time for 10,000 steps; I mostly walk around. Haha. So, for my car, I only make it walk once a month. Haha. I go to the market every day, so I always buy fresh produce. Haha. I also climb stairs to protect my knee joints. I don't take the elevator.
As a result, I end up walking a full 10,000 steps every day.. haha. I'm sharing my personal exercise routine.. haha.
