This week, I will set health goals again.
Walking 5,000 steps a day (started again after stopping for a month in June)
Drink 2 liters of water daily (I didn't drink much because I was drinking kombucha, but I will drink consistently)
Riding the indoor bicycle for an hour each time (hadn't ridden for a while because it was hot, so started again)
I was consistently doing it in June, but I didn't do it at all in July.
Once I started, I couldn't do it all..
I plan to start again from this week.
