This week is the rainy season, so there is a lot of rain, and outdoor activities are greatly restricted.
So this week, I went to the gym three times a week, ran for over an hour, and did weight training.

I want to finish the challenge of running 3 km three times a week when the weather is good.
I will make sure to eat the fruits I buy and store in the refrigerator every day, and I will also ensure I hydrate with at least 1 liter of water daily.
I set a health goal to drink more.
