When you have a busy day, skipping breakfast is not uncommon. Eating breakfast is a choice, not a necessity. However, I rarely skip breakfast, which also benefits my health. In fact, I consistently have a simple breakfast using tuna, like in the attached photo, which guarantees protein and taste.
I have been doing this to prevent the loss of muscle mass caused by binge eating and to prevent weight regain due to the yo-yo effect after dieting. Let's all fight for our diet!
