I have always been quite slim since I was young, and at the time of marriage, I was 163cm tall and weighed around 46 to 47kg.
However, after the first pregnancy, gained 34 kilograms postpartum
I consciously didn't prepare lunch for myself when my husband was having breakfast.
And then I skipped dinner, losing almost all of my weight, from 49 to 50 kilograms.
Since then, I have always been obsessed with my weight, and if I gain a little weight, I seem to maintain my weight by skipping one or two meals.
Currently, even in the early to mid-60s, I am maintaining around 54.
However, it seems that just starving is no longer enough; I think I need to exercise for my health.
Then, instead of starving, they control their intake by eating salads and similar foods.
