Lowering blood sugar for one month and a half

Blood sugar measurement: On June 20th at 8:45 PM, I had a meal and ate chicken, then went to sleep a little after midnight.

 

 

 

And wake up at 5 a.m.

 

 

 

Yesterday, I walked 15,000 steps, and when I checked my blood sugar at 8:25 AM, the level had decreased a bit.

 

 

 

The blood sugar level is 118.

 

 

 

While walking, I was reading from Ezekiel chapters 7 to 12, memorizing Revelation 9:4-7, and also memorized Revelation 7:1-4. I now spend my daily routine including meetings and sending Bible texts along with the Word.

 

 

 

And when I measured again the second time, after walking 13,000 steps in the morning, the number dropped to 114.Lowering blood sugar for one month and a halfLowering blood sugar for one month and a half
