Today's diet & exercise goal results (4/5)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank for 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Success
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
I went to bed late yesterday, so I was quite tired today~ㅠㅠ
So I get sleepy while working~ㅠㅠ
So, the gym was a failure..ㅠㅠ
Still, I steadily walked to fill my ten thousand steps~
I did squats and planks after coming home and having dinner~ haha
I think I'm at least fortunate to be able to do this~ haha
I should go to bed early, but I'm still posting verification messages past midnight~ㅎㅎㅎ
I need to develop the habit of going to bed early, but I can't because of the community and cafe~ㅠㅠ
