I set a new health goal for this week.
I feel like exercising with only the same pattern isn't effective.
Walking 10,000 steps is something I do every day, so I plan to walk as a form of aerobic exercise. Keep going~
Walking 10,000 steps earns you pocket money and kills two birds with one stone, right? Haha
And instead of 30 minutes on the indoor bike, I'm planning to try the Lee So-ra diet haha
There are many other YouTubers and I've tried a lot, but I think this one suits me best.
It seems easy, but after doing it, the stretching really gets intense!!
I will try to exercise steadily again this week!!
