I am planning to practice quitting smoking and abstaining from alcohol.
Lately, I haven't had much energy, my stamina has decreased, and I've been living with a cold.
So now I am trying to build up my stamina.
Walking exercise for more than 30 minutes a day
1 hour of weight training
Taking supplements regularly
I will practice as above to become a healthier version of myself.
