I'm trying to keep it simple like this because I think I won't succeed if it becomes too grand.
Drinking 2 liters of water feels too difficult ㅜㅜ
Since I have a habit of not drinking water, I don't even know if I drink a full liter a day or not.
How can I drink water more frequently and in larger amounts?
