오 철봉매달리기도 목표에 있군요 철봉에 그냥 매달리는건가요? 저도 한번 해봐야겟어요 ^^

My health goal for this week is, haha.
Trying to reduce swelling before taking family photos on Saturday...
Walking 10,000 steps daily, cycling indoors for 30 minutes (more than 5 times a week), and hanging from a pull-up bar!
The time I spend hanging on the pull-up bar is gradually increasing, and I feel incredibly proud.
And. It's hard to skip dinner, so just a little... eating less!!
I'm not eating snacks instead, haha, like drinking American coffee instead of mixed coffee, etc.~
I've been following it since Monday! So far, I'm doing very well! Haha
We are doing our best to make perfect changes.
