I used to believe that only a healthy constitution mattered and didn't exercise regularly. But after discovering the CashDoc app, I plan to start walking diligently, even if it's just walking. My goal is to start with 5,000 steps and eventually reach up to 10,000 steps. My mother recently passed away suddenly a few days after her 70th birthday, without any warning. She had joint problems and respiratory illnesses, among other health issues, and it feels like she was warning me about my own future. From now on, I want to pay more attention to my health little by little. I realize that health, stamina, my parents, and loved ones are things I need to cherish while I still have them.
