I try to do aerobic exercise 4 to 5 times a week. After exercising, my body feels sore and tired the next day, but if I endure it once and go out to exercise, it becomes a habit and improves my stamina, which is great. I also make sure to eat vegetables instead of takeout food during meals. I try to move even a little on my days off, and I avoid eating late at night as much as possible.
