My personal protein item is NH Nutrition Protein Shake, which is convenient to mix with soy milk. As I get older, protein becomes essential, and it's not easy to boil and eat eggs every day, so I often mix and drink it. Milk is also okay, and I try to consume protein daily whenever possible. It keeps me feeling full and ensures I get enough protein, which also helps me eat fewer carbohydrates, so I need to keep it up consistently.
