February 10th Exercise Goal: Today, take it a bit easier~

  1. - Walk for 2 to 30 minutes after meals / Walk 10,000 steps a day
  2. Climb the 5th-floor stairs twice

Today, I plan to eat a lot of delicious food.

If you try to compensate with exercise

I think I might just end up stressing myself out.

 

Just the basics...
