My health goal is to eat two-thirds of my current portion.
I am a woman in my late 40s who loves rice so much that I find it hard to control my intake. I exercise a little every day, but I struggle to regulate the amount of rice I eat. Sometimes, I even take the rice out of the rice cooker and eat it, which makes me feel surprised and later regretful. However, when I see myself eating too much rice regardless of the variety of side dishes, I notice my belly fat and feel my body becoming heavier. I realize that I am approaching a point where I need to worry about adult diseases, so I want to gradually reduce the amount of rice I eat. Completely halving the rice at once is impossible, so I plan to start by reducing it to two-thirds.
I really want to achieve my health goals.
