This week's health goal

This week, my goal is to avoid overeating.

Lately, I've been overeating every day, so I feel like I can't digest well, and my skin as well as my belly fat are gradually showing.

Tears ㅠㅠ

And it's about moving diligently.

Drink plenty of water again.

Originally, drinking water was a habit, so I would easily drink 2 liters and such.

Lately, I've been drinking coffee and carbonated drinks, so I barely manage to drink 1 liter a day.
