Adjusting the wake-up time

I work at a private academy, so my work hours and commute make my wake-up time very late.

However, the more I sleep, the more I feel sleepy and wake up late, so my body doesn't feel refreshed, and I am trying to wake up earlier.

I will prioritize waking up around 10 o'clock, aiming to keep it modest!
