Drink 2 liters of water every day without fail
Taking daily supplements without missing a day
4. Reducing carbohydrates
5. Do not snack on treats
6. Fire, Wood, Earth, Water, Swimming
I'm going to decide like this!
It's not a difficult goal, but I often skip a day or two because I find it annoying, haha.
I plan to prioritize doing it every day without fail this week.
