I started hiking for the first time~๐
Sending the child to daycare in the morning
Climbing a mountain at an elevation of 203 meters, which isn't very high but takes about an hour to ascend and descend.
I'm taking care of my health~~๐
Initially, calves, thighs, hips, waist, and back
There is no painless area, and I am gasping for breath while climbing.
It took more than 40 minutes just to go up.
Now it takes about 20 to 25 minutes to go up~๐
Plan to go hiking at least three days a week.
