너무 멋지게 잘 지켜내고 있으시네요 ^^ 저도 더 열심히 운동해야겠어요 항상 응원하겠습니다
I inherited a genetic predisposition to diabetes naturally and have been taking diabetes medication for about 10 years.
Therefore, I am always sensitive to diabetic complications.
You undergo complication tests once every six months.
Many experts and doctors recommend regular exercise to improve diabetes.
They say that obesity is bad for diabetes and advise working hard on weight control.
So I walk more than fifteen thousand steps every day.
Even during winter when it snows and temperatures drop below freezing, and during the rainy season with heavy downpours, I have walked every single day without fail.
I have been walking over 10,000 steps a day and more than 500,000 steps a month for three years.
And on weekends, I go hiking at Bukhansan.
Since it's said that building lower body muscles is good, I always go hiking on Bukhansan Mountain unless I have something special to do.
Climbing the mountain not only improves leg muscles but also enhances lung capacity, and being in the fresh air helps to shake off mental and physical fatigue, which I think is great.
By walking over fifteen thousand steps every day and hiking, my legs are always tired, but I am maintaining my diabetes and protecting my physical health.
So, although I have diabetes, I have rarely caught colds or flu throughout my life, and I usually don't feel tired in my daily life. I also pride myself on living a healthy life compared to my peers, haha.
Currently, I am also drinking more than 2 liters of water a day in addition to this.
How about everyone protecting their health with the same exercise as mine?^^
