For the past five years, I have always been awake between 1 and 5 a.m., whether I sleep early or late.
I'm having trouble sleeping, but I'm not sure if it's a concern or a disease. I've been to several hospitals, had examinations, and taken medication, but nothing seems to help.ㅠㅠ The only thing I know for sure is that it's not insomnia. When I decide to sleep, I usually fall asleep easily, but I always wake up in the early morning, and since then, I can't sleep.
Is there a good solution to make workplace life more comfortable and less inconvenient???
