Last week, I worked out on Monday and Tuesday, but starting Wednesday, a busy schedule with packed weekends felt like a tsunami was coming.
It was a week where I was so busy with 4 to 5 appointments a day that I didn't even have enough time to sleep.
Today, I completely set aside the day for myself.
And then walking and running in the morning.....
I started exercising. I feel like I am alive. Running, walking—these make me feel alive. I am grateful.
