Before and after exercise, I make sure to do simple stretching. Stretching is essential to prevent injuries.
And another important thing is a hearty meal! I think it's also very important to get enough nutrition from healthy food.
It seems like a method that can be practiced enough if you pay a little more attention, but it's not easy to do consistently. Still, I am trying to stay conscious and keep at it!
