This week, due to binge eating last week, I successfully walked more than 32,000 steps and climbed 120 floors of stairs, exceeding the previous 35,000 steps and 100 floors.
Take a little rest on the weekend.
Next week, I aim to walk 35,000 steps and climb 120 floors. I set a goal to run more than five times a week.
