I gained weight and gradually became lazier, so I made a firm resolve that I shouldn't do that anymore. I am trying to walk at least ten thousand steps a day. Even on rainy days, I wear a raincoat and just walk๐คฃ After about a month, I feel like Iโve become a bit more diligent, and my body has become lighter, and I feel much brighter mentally.
If the average steps per month are 11,000, that would be a good number of steps, right?
From now on, I will walk every day for a healthy body (essential for dieting) and a healthy mind (to overcome depression).
